Call To Order:

President Haynie called the meeting to order at 8:05 p.m.
Minutes of the November 2005 meeting were approved as presented.
Treasurer Tom Contrucci reported that revenue was about $200 behind of our projected budget amount (which hadn't included target fees from the Great Eastern) and that the State awards were about $700 above the budgeted amount so that, on balance (adding revenue from the Great Eastern) we are about even on total budgeted revenue/expenses.
President Haynie proposed that VSSA send flowers to the funeral of Elsie Perkins (wife of George) who died unexpectedly this weekend. The expenditure was approved without opposition.

New Business:

President Haynie next presented the slate of nominees for the offices of Treasurer, Secretary, Executive Committee (2), and Chief Referee. The Nominating Committee selections for these positions were: Treasurer: Doug Minnig, Secretary: Rebecca Myers (incumbent), Executive Committee: Bill Chiswell and Steve Nuss, and Chief Referee: Robert Williams (incumbent).
There were no additional nominations from the floor. The nominations were then closed and the nominees elected by acclamation.
President Haynie then announced that Vice President Keith Lovegrove had resigned due to pressures of work and opened the floor for nominations for a candidate to fill the remaining one year of the term. Nominated were: Ray Harding, Charles, Daniel, Jeff Key, and Lane Hartle. The nominations were closed and a balloted vote was taken with the results: Harding (12), Daniel (10), Key (0), and Hartle (0). Ray Harding will serve as Vice President for the remainder of the term.
The State Shoot for 2007 was offered to Arrowhead at $6.00 per hundred targets which was accepted by Ed Ellis as the Club Director. According to By-Laws the 2007 State Shoot will be held August 16-19.
The meeting was adjourned at 8:35 p.m.
