Notes:

1) Attach pink slips from registration forms. If a computer program is used for registration and scorekeeping, computer generated scores and winners lists may be attached instead.

2) Reports are to be postmarked within 15 days after the shoot (same as NSSA).

3) Failure to submit within 30 days jeopardizes a club's VSSA membership status.4) Submit form, pink slips and fees to the VSSA Secretary via the Treasurer.
